After a few months of modeling, I had become confident in my skills, especially when it came to weapon assets. That was when my advisor sent me a link to a Gaming Conference called CSGC Tulsa. He told me my work was good and that he suggested I enter something in. I looked at the due date and realized I only had a week before submissions were closed. So with the clock ticking, I quickly designed and knocked out a sword model. I then taught myself how to do materials and shading in Blender. The sword looked nice on its own, but I knew it could be better. So I quickly designed out a small environment, modeled and rigged a hand, before finally learning how to give my environment a cinematic look. This video is my finished work.
Overall, this process showcases my skill in quickly adapting and learning to churn out the best work I can make.
Callum Edmond Anime Model Showcase
This model is for a wizard character I made named Callum Edmond. I decided to make him in a cel-shaded anime style similar to what can be found in games like Breath of the Wild and Genshin Impact.
I modeled, rigged, textured, and rendered this original character in Blender.
Revan Lightsaber Game Asset
This model is a game asset based on Revan's Lightsaber from the 2003 Bioware game Knights of the Old Republic. The asset was modeled using Blender and textured in Substance Painter.
